 Minimum length of stay is 14 days.
 A payment of 50% should be received at the time of booking, the balance of the payment (50%) should be provided 45 days prior to
arrival.
 Cancellations made 45 days or more in advance of the arrival date, will receive a deposit of 50% which is non-refundable. Cancellations
made within 45 days will incur a 100% penalty.
 The offer is only valid for the guest(s) of the unique booking inquiry the Residence is reserved for and cannot be given to another party.
