The tenant can use the hotel beach free of charge and the restaurants in the hotel at a discount.
The house has its own parking lot (for 2 vehicles)
And you can use the hotel's open parking lot.
Villa is located directly in front of the sea, easily accesible with only 5 steps without using a buggy, but if you want to use a buggy, you can request free useage it from 24-hour security.
There is a balcony in the master bedroom on the upper floor, the other two rooms have a french balcony, all of them have sea views, each of the bottom rooms has a small garden, even though it is on the lower floor, when you Come it is bright, you will see that each room has an en-suite bathroom and a smart TV.
There is a jacuzzi for 5 people in the winter garden.
Garden lighting was improved and the green area was replaced with white marble, allowing use of every area of the house and garden
