The villa is located in a prominent area, accessed through a private road. It is suitable for large families or simply anyone who’s after a peaceful holiday. The area is quiet and has a stunning sea view.
The property is 600m2 and has a mature garden of 3,000 sqm. It also has a private swimming pool with a lounge and BBQ area, perfect for alfresco dining and entertaining. Within the grounds, there are many secluded areas to chill and relax.
Spread over 3 floors with windows and glass doors on all levels offering views of the sea and surrounding hills.
Entrance to the house is through the hallway onto the first floor which opens onto a expansive living room and open plan, fully equipped kitchen. Two outside large verandas offer sunset facing views of the sea with ample dining and external lounge areas.
The upper level contains three generously sized bedrooms, all en suite and containing fitted bedroom furniture. Two of the bedrooms have their private veranda with sea views and lounge seating.
The Ground level contains an expansive living room with a kitchenette and shower room, the fourth bedroom with a walk-in closet and en suite is also on this level.
The kitchens are fully equipped with all modern appliances, including a microwave, toaster, coffee machine and quality utensils for your enjoyment of home entertainment.
All bedrooms are equipped with a/c’s and fitted bedroom furniture.

Price from 2000 Euros Per Night. Minimum Stay 1 Night. Long-term rent is available—cleaning Fee 500 Euro per week.
