Yaliciftlik is on the road to Kizilagac and at entrance of the Gulf of Gokova and possibly one of the best seas of Bodrum are in the small coves of Pabuc and Kargicik are to be found here

Previously most popular with Bodrum locals there are now high quality hotels and holiday resorts.The daily boat and yacht tours find an indent in these coves to have their breaks and the hills sloping down to the coves have many walking trails set in beautiful rural scenery.

The quaint and traditional village of Ciftlik is set slightly inland. However in recent years the area has become popular for land purchase amongst city dwellers and many new projects are in plan, both individual detached villas and small complexes.

On the top of the hill above. the Alazeytin district of the village are the ruins of the ancient city of Syangela. The ruins can be reached by a 20 minute walk through the olive trees.
