Situated between mountains and the Aegean Sea with an uniterrupted sea view of Samos, this stone Finca mansion was uniquely designed and constructed with care and minute detail over several years by more than 100 workers with natural stones cut and worked by hand in the Ottoman style. The property was built from 2003 and completed in 2008.
The enclosed grounds are surrounded by natural stone walls in the same style as the villa structure and contain over 250 olive trees, various pine trees and palm trees.
A large pool of about 25 m long and 1.60 m deep. Adjacent is an additional spacious outdoor kitchen with bar and handmade grill, large pizza oven and seating area. A separate covered relaxation area with additional shower and toilet has been built.
The bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, have a view of the mountains or the Aegean Sea. The spacious living area has underfloor heating, a seating area and separately set open fireplace.
Independant private water supply makes the use of the also adjacent public water supply unnecessary.
Four secure enclosed covered garages offer parking for six vehicles.
Windows, doors and gates and floors in the bedrooms were made by hand from oak woods obtained from old wooden buildings.
